Serving with Integrity is a 4.5-hour in-person course that combines Fair Housing and Ethics training into one convenient class. Attend once and satisfy four important requirements:

  • ✔ Complete your 4-hour CE Elective requirement for license renewal
  • ✔ Fulfill the REALTOR® Fair Housing requirement
  • ✔ Fulfill the REALTOR® Code of Ethics requirement
  • ✔ Earn credit toward the GRI Designation

Katherine Kirchner teaches the In-Person BIC Update (4 Hour CE) and In-Person CE Class - Serving with Integrity: An Ethics and Fair Housing Class                                  

Katherine Kirchner is the Education Director and lead Instructor at That’s My Instructor, Katherine was the Education Officer for the Real Estate Commission who wrote the first version of the 12-Hour BIC Course for online delivery.
