We are excited to welcome Karen Dietz, who will present a comprehensive session combining Finding Comparable Data and Statistical Reports. This is a hands-on learning experience, so please bring your laptop. 

During this packed two-hour session, you will learn how to: 

•Locate potential comparable listings for your CMA reports. 

•Master advanced location search options, including the Matrix Mapping tool.

•Customize an Agent Single Line report to easily narrow down target properties.
