Katherine Kirchner is the Education Director and lead Instructor at That’s My Instructor, Katherine was the Education Officer for the Real Estate Commission who wrote the first version of the 12-Hour BIC Course for online delivery. 

Jane Cavanagh is both an Instructor at That’s My Instructor, and a Mortgage Loan Officer. You may remember Jane as the Education Coordinator for the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency where she taught real estate brokers and mortgage lenders Financing Dreams and other CE and GRI classes for more than a decade.
