Program: NC State Representative Brian Biggs will be our guest speaker at this meeting.
Elections: Electronic voting for the 2027 HPRAR Board of Directors and RCA Board of Directors (For RCA Members) will start on September 8th and will conclude at 1:00 pm during this meeting. Candidates will have an opportunity to address the membership at the beginning of the meeting.
