Luzmila Chavez is a bilingual real estate broker with one of the leading agencies in the Triad. She became an agent eight years ago after earning her bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with minors in Accounting and Psychology, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also holds two associate’s degrees in Computer Accounting and Political Science.

With more than 15 years of experience as an accountant, Luzmila brings a strong foundation of financial knowledge and problem-solving skills into her real estate career. She is dedicated to guiding her clients through every step of the homeownership journey—helping them find the right property, at the right price, in the right location.

Her passion for serving others is deeply rooted in her faith. As a strong believer, Luzmila credits her success and perseverance to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and strives to live in alignment with His will.
