Mark Saunders will be at HPRAR again this year to teach the BIC Up along with the Technology elective (Qualifies for GRI credit as well.) You can register for one class or both classes by clicking the Register button on the right.

Some information about the instructor:

Mark is a graduate of Appalachian State University and became a full-time REALTOR® in 2005.

He serves the REALTOR® community by participating on the Board of Directors for the Winston-Salem Association of REALTORS® and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®. He is also a member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network, serving as vice-chair in 2014 and chair in 2015.

Mark has received a number of awards and forms of recognition in his career, which include:

• 2010 Winston-Salem Association of REALTORS® Presidents Award for Outstanding Service and Dedication in the field of property management. 

• 2013 National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network of the Year winner • 2013 Winston-Salem Association of REALTORS® Presidents Award for Outstanding Service and Dedication to the local association 

• 2016 Winston-Salem Association of REALTORS® Property Manager of the year,

• 2016 NC REALTOR® Innovation & Entrepreneurial Excellence Award 

• 2018 was selected to the 2018 Triad Business Journal 40 under 40 Business Leaders Class
