2025 HPRAR Annual Meeting
Congdon Yards- High Point

Program:  Triad MLS Chair Richard Renton will be discussing the Triad MLS's adoption of an open MLS policy.  The HPRAR Board of Directors is recommending that members amend our bylaws to allow non-Realtor licensed agents access to the MLS. (The vote will take place electronically prior to the next membership meeting in November) This is an important change within our industry. We strongly encourage all members to attend this crucial meeting to stay informed, ask questions, and participate in this significant decision. Your presence and input are vital as we look toward the future of our association and the real estate community.

Elections: Electronic voting for the 2026 HPRAR Board of Directors and RCA Board of Directors (For RCA Members) will start on September 3^rd and will conclude at 12:30 pm during this meeting.  Candidates will have an opportunity to address the membership at the beginning of the meeting.
