The Season to be Grateful is upon us. Join us on November 20th to enjoy a Turkey Luncheon with the Awesome Members of HPRAR as we celebrate the year. The Member Service Committee would also like to take time out to show appreciation to our Affiliates, who, through their sponsorship and participation, made so many HPRAR events successful. We will also be collecting non-perishable food items. We look forward to seeing you and celebrating the bounty together. 

This meeting will focus on Veterans. Patrick Davis, Executive Director of The Heroes Center of High Point, will speak to us on their mission. The Heroes Center is your local 501c3 connecting veterans and transitioning service members to necessary resources and we work closely with Veterans Bridge Home and a host of other organizations to accomplish their mission. They are also the Veterans Service Organization piece of the High Point Veterans Initiative along with Business High Point Chamber of Commerce and Visit High Point that provides relocation options to the High Point area for the 23,000 transitioning service members at NC military installations per year. They were the host organization for the recent Veterans Benefits Live event held at Congdon Yards that served 1,026 veterans from 12 states with their benefits.
